2018 CYFL Fall Fundraiser

This season we will feature a variety of products from Harmison Foods as our primary fall fundraiser. Your efforts help make the difference between registration fees and the actual cost of playing.

Sales will begin the week of August 6th and are due on September 5th or 6th.

Packet Distribution:

7th grade: August 6th

3rd- 6th grade: August 18th (at the combine)

1st-2nd grade: August 20th (parent meeting)

K-ball grade: August 15th (parent meeting)

All CYFL players are expected to participate in the fall fundraiser.

Fundraising is a key source of revenue vital to covering our major expenses such as equipment and uniforms, officials, field rental, athletic trainer fees, insurance, trophies and administrative cost. We need your support to continue our mission of providing excellence in youth football.

Our goal for 2018 is to generate $20,000 in League fundraiser revenues.

We simply ask each player to try and sell a minimum of $50 worth of fundraiser items.

Player Participation is required. All players and families are expected to participate in League fundraising activities.

An optional $30.00 buy-out is available instead of participating in the League fall fundraiser.

We need your support to continue our mission of providing excellence in youth football. Please remember that if you do not buy out it or participate it is unfair to those do participate or buy out. Set an example and do your part!

Important Dates:

September 5th & 6th: fundraiser packets are due (5:30 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.) at the CYFL shed area

Saturday, October 6th: fundraiser delivery (CYFL equipment area)--date occurs on a non-MU football weekend

  • 9:00 a.m.- noon

  • Families must make arrangements to have items picked up
